Evolution is seeking a dynamic Promotions Coordinator to manage promotional activities across internal departments and clients. You will organize campaigns, provide verbal and written consultancy, and help roll out promotions according to client requests.

Responsibilities include coordinating reports, assisting on shoots, and supporting the Promotions Team Lead. Strong English, leadership, and multitasking are required for success in this international environment.

• Previous experience in sales & marketing is an advantage;

• Client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written);

• Creativity and continuously coming up with new promotions and ideas;
• Producing promotional reports / co-operation with database;
• Co-leading the promotions team;
• Promotional storage management: ordering, organization, storing, inventory;
• Decorating the gaming floors for special events;
• Consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to promotions;
• Assisting to promotional video/photo shoots;
• Assisting Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks;
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
• Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;

Job Description
