Jobtailor is seeking a PLM-focused professional to manage specifications within a Food R&D context in Curitiba, Brazil. The role emphasizes data analysis, SAP PLM, SharePoint, and Excel to drive decisions and improvements across regions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end specification management, process improvements, root-cause analysis, and cross-stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on regulatory compliance and data-driven insights for leadership.

Qualificações

• Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP PLM or similar specifications systems.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, functions).
• Medium to high skill level in managing large data with digital tools.
• System- and process-oriented with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Clear communication with stakeholders.
• Proven project management experience.
• Regulatory and/or Food Safety experience is preferable.
• CV must be attached in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end specification management support.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specification processes.
• Interpret technical reports and system design documents.
• Analyze and interpret data using appropriate tools to drive decision-making.
• Conduct root-cause analysis.
• Identify and lead improvements to processes and ways of working.
• Build search reports and perform end-to-end testing.
• Write and review PLM system scripts.
• Manage the PLM Change Request process, including enhancements and downstream implications.
• Plan and implement assigned processes and take corrective actions.
• Manage cross-category stakeholders across regions.
• Support PLM operational management, including change request deployment and incident resolution.
• Manage PLM access and communications.
• Maintain test script libraries.
• Complete multiple small projects with phased deadlines or more complex medium projects.
• Archive obsolete specifications.
• Run maintenance and audit programs for specifications.
• Provide day-to-day user support and training.
• Leverage digital tools for data analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
