Ibrowse seeks a skilled SAP PLM specialist to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of PLM, EH&S, and related regulatory capabilities. You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing to translate complex requirements into scalable SAP-based solutions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, master data governance, and seamless integration with SAP ECC and external systems, ensuring compliant product lifecycle management across industries.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing and supporting SAP PLM Recipe Development, Specification Management, SAP EH&S, or Product Compliance solutions.
• Strong functional expertise in Recipe and Formula Management, Specification Management, Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Safety Data Sheets, Global Label Management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with WWI layout design and maintenance and with the support of Global Label Management applications, including related servers and printers.
• Experience integrating SAP PLM and EH&S with SAP ECC, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, LIMS, regulatory platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Experience in product development, formulation, product stewardship, and compliance processes within chemical, food, life sciences, consumer goods, animal nutrition, or other process manufacturing industries.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or a related field, combined with fluent English and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of SAP PLM, Recipe Development, Specification Management, Product Data Management, Change Management, and Label Management solutions.
• Lead the design and optimization of SAP EH&S and Product Compliance capabilities, including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, Safety Data Sheets, Global Label Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to translate business requirements into scalable SAP-based solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end integration between SAP PLM/EH&S and SAP ECC, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, LIMS, master data solutions, and external regulatory platforms.
• Govern product master data, specifications, formulations, substance data, compliance data, and product-related information, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external service partners while driving digital innovation, automation, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and the successful adoption of PLM and EH&S capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
