Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Technical ability to transform data into diagnoses and strategic business recommendations.
• Experience creating executive presentations and structuring compelling narratives.
• Proficiency in SQL and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Previous experience in Retail, Franchising, and/or Direct Selling.
• Based in Curitiba or São Paulo.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor performance indicators daily and track progress toward targets.
• Analyze indicator deviations, identify root causes, and recommend action plans.
• Govern and organize agendas, daily routines, and reporting materials for weekly meetings.
• Create and streamline databases for recurring and ad hoc analyses using SQL/GCP.
• Develop analyses to identify and create growth levers for operational performance.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Evaluate the performance of strategic campaigns and report key findings.
• Ensure alignment between the operational strategy and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the development of prioritized action plans, connecting analysis to field execution.
