Jobtailor seeks a seasoned BI Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards and strategic metrics. You will identify trends, translate business needs into BI requirements, and optimize SQL for data extraction on GCP. You will drive data quality and KPI monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will automate analyses, present insights to diverse audiences, and mentor BI colleagues, supporting a data-driven culture at Jobtailor.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and data analysis experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools and KPI development.
• Experience with GCP applied to data, analytics, or BI.
• Strong communication, autonomy, and prioritization skills.
• Preferred: Python, ETL/ELT, Generative AI, Agile, Data Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and strategic metrics
• Conduct exploratory analyses and identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies in the data
• Translate business needs into BI requirements and solutions
• Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and processing
• Work with data and analytical solutions using GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the information provided
• Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs for business areas
• Automate analytical processes and routines for generating information
• Partner with business, technology, and data teams
• Present analyses and insights clearly to a variety of audiences
• Contribute to the development of the company’s data-driven culture
• Support and guide BI professionals on technical topics and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Previous experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of data modeling and KPI development
• Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) applied to data, analytics, or BI
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into business recommendations
• Analytical, inquisitive, and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present information objectively
• Autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of prioritization
• Preference for candidates residing in Vale do Sinos or the Porto Alegre metropolitan area
• Preferred qualifications: knowledge of Claude and Generative AI applications; Python skills for data analysis and processing; experience with ETL/ELT processes; knowledge of Google Cloud ecosystem services and tools; experience with agile methodologies; experience in Data Analytics or Data Warehouse projects; experience applying AI to optimize business processes and analyses
