Clicks Group is seeking a Shop Assistant / Cashier (FTC) at Shelly Beach to provide outstanding service at the point of sale, handle cash securely, and promote clubcard rewards for a positive customer experience.

You will support merchandising, stock, and promotions while maintaining a welcoming and professional store presence, contributing to Clicks' vision of being the first choice health and beauty retailer.

Formación

• Basic maths calculations.
• Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles.
• Knowledge of stock management procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.
• Desirable: Grade 12 Maths and English at 50% each.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently execute all point-of-sale operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard promotions.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to meet targets.
• Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador in-store.
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards according to store guidelines.

• To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
