Clicks Group Limited in Natal seeks a dedicated Retail Operations professional for a permanent role. You will handle POS transactions, cash handling, clubcard enrollment and promote promotions to enhance the customer experience.

Maintain merchandising standards and provide friendly, professional service while supporting promotions and stock management. Previous retail/FMCG exposure and math/english at Grade 12 are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute all operational activities at the point of sale promptly and accurately
• Maintain accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including clubcard rewards
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times
• Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to hit targets
• Make customers aware of promotions to drive sales and positive experience
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping per store standards
• Support the Group’s vision as the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer
• Keep updated knowledge on products, promotions and events for customers

• To ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
• To proactively promote the Clicks' clubcard and to enroll new clubcard members in order to achieve the clubcard participation targets.

• To deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible and offering a friendly and professional service.
