Responsabilidades

Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and operational requirements.
Define platform architectures, integration strategies, technical standards, and design patterns.
Support technical teams throughout implementation, deployment, and enhancement phases.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.
Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, security, and adherence to platform best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design artifacts.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Provide technical recommendations and strategic guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities.
