5+ years of business analyst experience 5+ years of experience designing and improving business processes 3+ years working on technology projects as an analyst in any domain Achieve individual utilization target (UTE) Timely submission of timecards Achieve and maintain a minimum of one new ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification per year. Qualifications

• Bring extensive hands on experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management with the ability to design portfolio structures that reflect complex infrastructure programs and drive informed investment decisions.
• Demonstrate deep proficiency in ServiceNow Scrum Programs including configuring agile boards workflows and reporting to support iterative delivery of infrastructure capabilities.
• Apply strong expertise in ServiceNow ESG Management to design data models and dashboards that track infrastructure sustainability efforts and support transparent disclosure to stakeholders.
• Use advanced ServiceNow CSM skills to build robust case management and service workflows that improve customer satisfaction and reduce time to resolution for infrastructure issues.
• Employ solid ServiceNow Change Management experience to architect approval flows risk assessments and scheduling practices that minimize disruption to critical systems.
• Leverage experience design skills to craft intuitive ServiceNow experiences that support hybrid work models encourage adoption and improve the efficiency of infrastructure practitioners.
• Draw on six to ten years of infrastructure and ServiceNow implementation background to solve complex problems manage competing priorities and deliver high quality solutions that support business outcomes.
• Utilize strong analytical and communication capabilities to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and ensure that ServiceNow configurations reflect real operational needs.
