Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a capable professional to manage end-to-end service operations and project delivery for automation and security systems. You will oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, subcontractors and internal teams, monitoring schedules and budgets, and leading technicians to achieve service and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project/ service management for automation or security systems.
• Knowledge of security/alarm systems is advantageous.
• Experience in site installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage timelines/resources.
• Experience leading technicians or working with subcontractors.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsible for managing service operations and project execution for automation and security system equipment, ensuring timely installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Scope:

• Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Oversee service operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automation and security system equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, technical issues, and service escalations, providing effective solutions and follow-up support.
• Prepare project schedules, service reports, quotations, progress updates, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor project costs, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment usage to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and guide technicians and project team members to achieve service and project objectives.
• Maintain good customer relationships and identify opportunities for service improvement and additional business.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project management, service management, or technical operations involving automation or security systems.
• Knowledge of security or alarm systems, or related automation equipment, will be an advantage.
• Experience in project coordination, site installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects and manage timelines, resources, and customer expectations.
• Experience leading technicians or working with subcontractors is preferred.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
