STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of automation equipment in the North Region. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and provide hands-on support to customers.

The role involves traveling to customer sites, identifying faults, replacing components, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Field Service, Equipment Service, Automation or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical and/or electronic systems.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic system faults.
• Identify equipment failures and replace defective components or parts when required.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Support equipment testing, FAT and preparation work before installation.
• Conduct customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide regular updates on service jobs and outstanding technical matters.
• Prepare detailed service and technical reports after site visits.
• Support engineering teams with product improvement and development activities.
• Respond to technical support requests and provide troubleshooting assistance.
• Recommend spare parts, equipment upgrades and service solutions when required.
• Keep updated on new automation technologies and equipment developments.
• Perform other technical duties assigned by management.
