GYROMATIC INNOVATION PTE LTD in Brazil’s Norte region seeks an experienced Project Manager for robotics solutions in semiconductor manufacturing. You will serve as the primary customer liaison during robot installations, upgrades and service projects, and you will lead cross‑functional teams to manage timelines, milestones, deliverables and budgets.

The role demands strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, hands‑on knowledge of AMR/AGV robotics and semiconductor processes, and

Qualificações

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Proficient problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Hands-on expertise in AMR, AGV, robotic arm and semiconductor industries.
• Project planning and scheduling.
• Technical Knowledge: Semiconductor manufacturing environment, robotics and automation systems, equipment installation and commissioning, root cause analysis.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Able to work irregular hours when required.
• Attend online and site meetings.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for semiconductor customers during robot installation, upgrades, and service projects.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate project reviews and status updates with customers.
• Oversee customer service projects involving semiconductor handling robots, wafer transport systems, and factory automation equipment.
• Coordinate field service engineers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and system recovery.
• Manage escalation of critical issues affecting customer production.
• Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Work closely with: Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineers, Software engineers, Field service teams.
