GYROMATIC INNOVATION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Robotic Automation) to design factory automation equipment and lead system installations. You will prepare design specifications, manage BOMs, and ensure customer requirements are met with technical expertise.

Role requires cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and hands-on deployment of robotic systems across industrial settings; travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent.
• 3–5 years mechanical design experience in automation.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience with FMEA, DOE and project management.
• Willing to travel on short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Mechanical design of factory automation equipment and systems.
• Prepare design specs and complete machine documentation/BOM.
• Ensure customer requirements are met in design specifications.
• Lead installation of equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy robotics solutions.
• Contribute to development of new applications and robotics portfolio.
• Hands-on deployment and maintenance of robotic systems.

Job Title : Mechanical Engineer (Robotic Automation)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 5.30pm


• Working location: Sembawang


• Travelling Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Design of Factory Automation Equipment & System.


• Prepare Design Specification as per project requirements and execute Mechanical Part Design, Process, Complete Machine Documentation/BOM and Buy-Off Criteria.


• Ensure Customers' Requirements are met in Design Specification, Evaluate Feasibility and provide Technical Expertise.


• Direct and lead the Installation for the Equipment and System.


• Knowledge in Technical Expertise, Innovative, and Leadership Skills to deliver cutting-edge robotics solutions.


• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Design and Deploy Robotics Solutions.


• Actively Contribute to the Development of New Applications and Innovation within the Company’s Robotics Portfolio.


• Hands-on expertise in Deploying, and Maintaining Robotic Systems in Industrial Applications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent.


• Working Experience in Semi-Conductor will be an added advantage.


• Able to work under stress independently.


• Proficient in Solidworks & AutoCad with 3 – 5 Years Working Experience.


• 3–5 years of mechanical design experience, covering the full design process from concept development to detailed drawings.


• Proficient and knowledgeable in using standard engineering product, material selection, and engineering calculation.


• Knowledge in FMEA, DOE and Project Management.


• Available to travel for assignment in short notice if required.
