Tata Consultancy Services in São Paulo seeks a Senior Tableau Engineer to design, develop, and optimize dashboards and analytics solutions. You will integrate data from multiple sources, ensure accuracy, and enable data-driven decision making across business units.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Tableau experience, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and hands-on AWS/Redshift knowledge. Excellent communication and documentation abilities are essential in an Agile environment.

• Translate business needs into technical specs and optimize performance.
• Work with Data Engineering and Development teams on reporting solutions.
• Create reports that improve processes and provide insights.
• Support data governance, security, and reporting standards.
• Contribute to user training and maintain best practices.

We are looking for a Senior Tableau Engineer who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Advanced to Fluent English.
• Strong experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Strong experience with AWS and Amazon Redshift.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, data modeling, and normalization.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture.
• Ability to work with large datasets while optimizing dashboard performance.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UX design and wireframing.
• Familiarity with GxP environments.
• Experience within Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience working with Quality Control or Stability datasets.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Experience building KPI and product adoption dashboards (DAU, MAU, usage metrics).

• Partner with Product Management and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Optimize dashboard performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Development teams to deliver reporting solutions.
• Create reports and dashboards that improve processes and provide actionable insights.
• Support data governance, security, and reporting standards.
• Contribute to user training and support initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise on Tableau architecture, design, and implementation.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
