Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil (São Paulo) is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to drive data-driven decisions and deliver analytical solutions across the business. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform complex SQL queries, and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or MicroStrategy.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, strong analytical skills, and experience with Agile practices.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst / BI Analyst (Data & Analytics domain).
• Experience with UAT and translating requirements into user stories.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies.
• Strong data profiling, mining and validation skills.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.

Skills Required

• Strong experience in SQL (complex queries, data mining, data profiling, data validation/testing)
• 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst / Business Systems Analyst (Data & Analytics domain)
• Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with complex datasets and derive insights
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into user stories
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong data analysis, profiling, and validation capabilities
• Ability to map business processes and data flows
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
