Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in Brazil to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions on AWS. The role requires strong Spark/PySpark, SQL, Python, and data modeling skills, with experience in data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments, using Jira and Confluence to drive quality data practices, deliverables, and continuous improvement. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualificações

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable data solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in AWS services including Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and S3, as well as advanced knowledge of Spark, PySpark, SQL, and Python. Responsibilities include architecting and maintaining data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehousing environments while ensuring high data quality through frameworks such as SODA and Great Expectations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe), leveraging Jira and Confluence. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential. Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
