AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data/Platform Engineer in Brazil to manage Tableau Server and extend our BI and AWS data platforms. You'll support dashboard development and ensure data connectivity, troubleshooting AWS services.

We are looking for a Senior Data/Platform Engineer to administer and extend a Tableau Server environment and develop dashboards across a broader BI and AWS data platform. You will support data connectivity across ODBC/JDBC sources, troubleshoot AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, and VPC, and provide cross-platform BI support across Power BI and AWS QuickSight. The role also includes CI/CD support using GitLab and monitoring with Grafana within a data engineering team.

What you will do

• CI/CD and monitoring support.

Must haves

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or BI Platform engineer;
• Primary focus on Tableau Server support and dashboard creation;
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, AWS QuickSight);
• Strong understanding of data connectivity (ODBC/JDBC);
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, VPC);
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitLab) and monitoring tools (Grafana);

Nice to haves

• Experience with data engineering tools (Glue, Athena, Redshift, Databricks);
• Exposure to internal app platforms (Superblocks, Retool).
