Overview

RUCKUS Networks, the leader in Wi‑Fi, is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The role involves managing complex technical requirements, designing systems, engaging in the presales process, and providing high‑level sales support to clients and internal teams. You will be a technical sales engineer working in direct partnership with the account management team within the RUCKUS Technical Sales SE team in CALA.

Responsibilities

• End customer‑focused or technology‑focused technical sales; provide high level technical support, enablement, and guidance to partners and important end customers, deciphering end user solutions requirements & their technological needs.
• Provide networking architectural perspective leveraging the Ruckus product portfolio, considering SE technical specialists within the industrial enterprise vertical for specific opportunities.
• Perform technical demos, proof of concept trials, training, and deliver presentations for customers, partners, prospects, and during events.
• Possess understanding of the wireless and wired solutions portfolio and related technologies, the vertical use‑cases, and global technological direction; consider solution cost aspects.
• Lead and develop proof of concept with defined success criteria, including presentation and documentation of test results.
• Lead and coordinate with cross‑functional teams and integrators partners community as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecom engineering, computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related presales SE experience.
• Fully bilingual (English required).

You Will Excite Us If You Have

• Industry 4.0 or Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics vertical Subject Matter Expert SE.
• Strong technical presales/engineering experience with Integrators in a Sales Through model towards Industrial and enterprise segments.
• Experience with multiple product vendors; knowledge of RUCKUS solutions is highly desired.
• Advanced networking certifications (CCIE, BPIPA, JNCIE, PCNSE, Aruba, Ruckus, CWNP, etc.).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus.
