Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (completed).
• Expert in technical support for VDI environments on Windows operating systems.
• Mandatory certification: AZ-900; desirable: AZ-104.
• Experience with Windows 7/8.1/10/11 operating systems.
• Management of on-premises VDI using VMware Horizon.
• Basic knowledge of ESXi hypervisor and vCenter.
• Creation of templates for VDI environments.
• PowerShell / Azure CLI.
• AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) management.
• Provide Level 3 technical support in VDI environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
