John Deere is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in Indaiatuba, Brazil. You will work with global stakeholders to build scalable software and contribute to a new team in Brazil.

Based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will convert business requirements into high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions, collaborate with agile teams, and help shape technical standards while maintaining a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 development across Customer Engagement modules.
• Strong C#/.NET coding and architectural design skills.
• Hands-on with JavaScript (ES6) or NodeJs and integrating systems.
• Familiar with relational databases, Git workflows, and trunk-based development.
• Proficient English communication and a related bachelor's degree.

As a Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 working on the John Deere Dealer Business System program, based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale global application. This role also offers the opportunity to help build and shape a new team in Brazil, contributing to the development of technical solutions and best practices while collaborating closely with global stakeholders. We are looking for a strong technical professional with a proactive mindset and solid problem-solving skills, motivated to contribute and grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules (Sales Hub or Field Service)
• Hands-on development with a dedicated agile delivery team focused on the design, development, and delivery of solutions
• Develop integrations between systems and APIs to support business needs
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and continuously improve our products
• Collaborate with other software engineers on the team
• Contribute to technical design and solution discussions

What Skills You Need

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Customer Engagement modules)
• Experience with C#/.NET
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., layered architecture, event-driven systems, domain-driven design)
• JavaScript (ES6) or NodeJs
