John Deere Financial in Indaiatuba, Brazil, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to develop, deliver, and validate automated reports and dashboards supporting credit operations. Based in Indaiatuba, you will work with large financial datasets across equipment financing, aligning with the Risk Analytics team in Johnston, Iowa.

The role offers learning from senior BI colleagues, opportunities to craft visualizations in SAP BO, Excel, and BI tools, and involvement across the full analytics

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong English and communication skills, with ability to lead meetings.
• Experience documenting analytics products and processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as SAP BO, Tableau, PowerBI, and Databricks.
• Proficient in SQL and report building.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with requirements gathering and stakeholder support across multiple John Deere Financial domains.
• Build and maintain SQL queries in Databricks for credit operation data sets.
• Create analytic dashboards and automated reports using SAP BO, SAP Web Intelligence, and Excel.
• Learn from senior team members and collaborate with other BI analysts.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and data catalysts across the analytics lifecycle.
• Implement enhancements to improve cost, quality, and performance of analytics products.
• Support production reporting needs including documentation, monitoring, automation, and security.

Title: Business Intelligence Analyst I - Indaiatuba/SP - 123685

As a Business Intelligence Analyst for John Deere Financial, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and validating automated reports and dashboards in support of JDF’S credit operations. This role works with a large volume of financial data sets covering many aspects of equipment financing. You will be based in Indaiatuba, Brazil and align with the JDF Risk Analytics team headquartered in Johnston-Iowa-USA, aiming to execute and deliver the analytics and insights needed to support the business units. Main Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements gathering and ongoing stakeholder support across multiple John Deere Financial domains (Accounting, Customer Management, Collections, Litigation, Operational & Risk Analytics);
• Build and maintain SQL queries in enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, becoming a subject matter expert in credit operation data sets used by John Deere Financial to support installment loans, leases and revolving accounts for equipment purchases;
• Create analytic dashboards, craft visualizations and deliver automated reports with SAP Business Objects, SAP Web Intelligence and Excel;
• Learn extensively from senior team members and work with other BI analysts in a cooperative paired programming environment;
• Engage with data scientists, data engineers and data catalysts to design, build and support analytics solutions across the whole lifecycle (research and development, proof-of-concept, pilot, production);
• Implement ongoing enhancements to improve cost, quality, and performance of analytics products;
• Support operational needs of production reporting (documentation, monitoring, alerting, automation, change management, security, on-call).

Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
• Advanced English: broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training sessions;
• Experience and desire to create and maintain documentation and diagrams for analytics products;
• Experience in one or more Business Intelligence reporting & visualization tools such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI and Databricks - with interest to learn others;
• Intermediate to advanced SQL;
• Basic to intermediate in report building and graphing/visualization;
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint);
• Analytical skills to identify, analyze, debug and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
• Technical aptitude to learn a large set of business systems and associated data sets;
• Advanced problem-solving ability.
