John Deere is seeking a Software Engineer II in Indaiatuba, SP to design, develop, and maintain internal products used by engineering teams worldwide. You will build modern web apps, APIs, and automations that improve developer productivity and experience.

You will work across the stack, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to architecture, security, and CI/CD improvements in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a global environment and partnership with international teams.
• Experience developing applications with TypeScript.
• Experience building web applications with React.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding modern software development practices, including source control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with Git-based workflows.
• Knowledge of software design principles and application architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Join the DX Platforms team and help build the applications and services that improve the software development experience across the enterprise.

As a Software Engineer, based at the Regional Office in Indaiatuba/SP , you will develop and maintain internal products used by engineering teams worldwide. You will work across the stack, building modern web applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions that simplify engineering workflows and improve developer productivity.
