Title: Software Engineer - Indaiatuba/SP - 124852

As a Software Engineer located in Indaiatuba, Brazil you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale software platforms using a modern software engineering technology stack. This role supports key initiatives aligned to HR/People Tech & Corporate Functions business areas.

This role requires strong hands‑on engineering skills, collaboration across product and architecture teams, and a focus on building secure, reliable, and scalable cloud‑native solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver technical excellence in the team: code quality, testing strategy, performance tuning, and operational readiness.
• Build and operate backend APIs, including performance/latency benchmarking, observability (metrics/logs/traces), and safe rollouts.
• Apply responsible DevOps practices on the services you build (evaluation, monitoring, safety/PII controls, incident playbooks) and participate in improving team playbooks.
• Maintain system documentation and configuration standards;
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering);
• Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and conduct training sessions);
• Experience integrating systems and designing or consuming APIs;
• Solid experience working with REST APIs and system integrations;
• Experience working as a Software Engineer;
• Strong programming skills in Python;
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS;
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design, testing, debugging, and maintainability.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Full‑stack experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/React Native, and Node.js) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code;
