Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, then translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, document test plans, and support end-to-end UAT, backlog refinement, and continuous process improvements with TOTVS Datasul expertise.

Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential to guide junior analysts and ensure alignment between business and IT.

Qualificações

Completed or in-progress degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in IT business analysis and testing.
Strong communication skills with internal clients, capable of preparing and leading workshops, trainings and meetings using visual communication tools.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst.

Responsabilidades

Conduct interviews, workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requirements.
Prepare and document functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed process flows.
Act as a facilitator in agile ceremonies, ensuring clarity of requests and smooth communication between the team and the business.
Plan and manage functional, integrated and user acceptance testing, consolidating results and supporting go/no-go and sign-off activities.
Identify and propose improvements to processes and systems, applying industry best practices and leveraging technological capabilities.

Act as a facilitator in agile ceremonies, ensuring clarity of requests and smooth communication between the team and the business;

Assess the impact of new requests and changes, proposing solutions and communicating implications to the business and IT;
Serve as a business and systems subject-matter expert within projects, supporting functional decisions and ensuring adherence to established rules;
Identify and propose improvements to processes and systems, applying industry best practices and leveraging technological capabilities;
Support end-user enablement through training and support materials;
Mentor junior analysts by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices;
Collaborate in product/project backlog management, participating in refinement and prioritization of requests together with stakeholders;
Support prototyping of solutions (screens, reports, flows) for validation with business areas.

Requirements

Completed or in-progress degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in IT business analysis;

Experience in business specification, improvement evolution, maintenance/support and testing;
Strong communication skills with internal clients, capable of preparing and leading workshops, trainings and meetings using visual communication tools;
