Job summary

WHOLETECH SYSTEM HITECH (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects, while monitoring expenses and identifying savings.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, site managers, contractors, and clients; manage contracts and procurement, and perform cost value reconciliations to keep project efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Tender Management
• Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
