Vibra is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of BIM across projects. You will establish governance, BEP, and CDE protocols while coordinating multidisciplinary models and ensuring data integrity throughout the project life cycle.

You will develop BIM standards, templates, and exchange protocols, oversee 4D/5D planning, and train the team in BIM tools, including Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, BIM 360, and ACC.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager, including BIM methodology implementation and project management.
• Proficiency in BIM modeling software such as Synchro, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of cloud collaboration tools such as BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish governance and supporting processes for implementing and maintaining BIM at Vibra.
• Create the standard BIM Mandate and BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), defining technical and technological requirements and information exchange protocols.
• Assess maturity and level of detail for different phases of the project life cycle (LOD and LOI).
• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines).
• Lead Design Review and Clash Detection routines with design firms.
• Support constructability reviews.
• Coordinate and federate models from multiple disciplines.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, templates, and protocols.
• Extract model information for quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction planning (4D and 5D).
• Provide training and technical support to the team in the use of BIM tools and methodology.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of model information throughout the project life cycle
