AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE LTD in Brazil is looking for a BIM Specialist to develop and maintain detailed BIM models from project specs and design documentation, collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy.

You will lead clash detection and resolution, prepare 3D visualizations and simulations for project stakeholders, and assist in BIM execution plans and standards. Requires at least 2 years hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) with AutoCAD drafting proficiency.

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, Architecture or equivalent.
• BIM certificate required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCAD Drafting and Autodesk Revit Modelling.
• Able to read and understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M&E).
• Independent, self-motivated with strong commitment.
• Experience producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination and drawings.
• Hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience for at least 2 years.

About the role

About you

• Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation

• Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings

• Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience
