We are ENG, a BIM Services provider with an agile and innovative work environment committed to delivering the future of BIM. We are currently looking for an MEP Project Manager to work within one of our MEP Modeling and Coordination Business Units on projects located in the United States. This is a fully remote position with a competitive compensation package.

Overview

A Project Manager oversees many aspects of projects, including technical elements (modeling, clash detection) as well as budget, billing, client management, negotiation, team building and career development, across multiple projects. A certain level of Revit and Navisworks modeling and coordination knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead large teams of BIM engineers and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Manage client-facing tasks and negotiation, ensuring alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Handle project finances: cost analysis, cost basis, budget management, and change orders.
• Apply general PM practices: scheduling, planning, and coordination.
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and MS Suite/PM tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Ensure strong BIM methodology with emphasis on Revit and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture and broad experience with MEP trades.
• Previous experience in Project Management roles is mandatory.
• Experience leading BIM engineering teams and client-facing negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of project finances, scheduling, and change management.
• Experience with US projects is a huge differential.
• Desirable: Agile/Scrum certification.
• Proficiency with Revit and Navisworks software.
• Advanced or native level English (spoken and written).
