Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Curitiba to lead strategic initiatives within its Portfolio function. You will coordinate across departments and squads, ensuring alignment with Paraná Banco’s objectives and delivering on time with high quality.

Responsibilities include establishing project routines, maintaining schedules, and reporting to executives while managing risks and dependencies across the organization.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing strategic and/or complex projects in corporate environments.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple departments and dependencies.
Experience in regulated or highly governed environments such as finance, technology, compliance, risk, or legal.
PM certifications desirable: PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, Kanban.
Graduate degree or specialization in Project Management or related field is desirable.
Additional training in governance, portfolio management, OKRs, or product management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Lead strategic projects within the Portfolio function using standard project management methodologies.
Work cross-functionally across departments and squads to ensure alignment and delivery.
Ensure projects are aligned with Paraná Banco’s objectives, supporting efficiency, predictability, and quality.
Establish, enhance, and sustain project management ceremonies, processes, and procedures.
Create and maintain integrated project schedules.
Report on progress, costs, variances, and impacts of governed projects.
Create project artifacts and prepare status reports on a regular cadence.
Lead reporting sessions for executive management and align with stakeholders.
Monitor deadlines and risks related to critical deliverables, proposing mitigations.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and remove blockers to value realization.
Propose solutions to protect execution amid scope changes and reprioritization.
Connect portfolio, product, technology, and business areas.
Lead alignment meetings, presenting status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
Create executive, tactical, and operational metrics for monitoring.
Ensure traceability between initiative, project, and delivered outcomes.

Serve as a reference point and apply project management methodologies when leading strategic projects assigned through the Portfolio function

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing strategic and/or complex projects, preferably in medium-sized or large corporate environments
Proven experience working on cross-functional projects involving multiple departments, stakeholders, and dependencies
Experience in regulated or highly governed environments, such as finance, technology, compliance, risk, or legal, where applicable
Ability to work without micromanagement, focusing on direction, governance, risk, and decision-making
Ability to safeguard project execution in the face of changes and reprioritization
Ability to influence the evolution of organizational maturity in project management
Project management or Agile certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or Kanban are desirable
Graduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable
Additional training in governance, portfolio management, OKRs, or product management is desirable
