• Solid experience as a Product Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Database technologies.
• Experience working with Data Products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
• Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills across technical and business teams, including executive leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Hands‑on mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑driven professional with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback.

• Lead Agile ceremonies and work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
