Globant in São Paulo seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead complex, end-to-end projects in the financial services and payments space. You will manage client expectations and key stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams.

You'll drive planning, execution, risks, costs, timelines, and dependencies with autonomy, delivering innovative digital solutions. English is mandatory, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus, and on-site work four days per week is required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years leading PM teams across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid environments.
• Experience managing complex end-to-end projects and client expectations.
• Payments/Payment Acceptance domain knowledge preferred.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
• On-site presence 4 days a week at the client's office.
• Fluent English mandatory; Portuguese and/or Spanish proficiency encouraged.

We seek a Product Manager Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and operational excellence. This role is critical to leading complex, end-to-end projects and managing client expectations and key stakeholders in the rapidly evolving financial services and payments industry.

What will help you succeed:

• Languages: Fluent English (mandatory) + proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Experience: 6+ years in Project Management leading teams, managing multiple concurrent projects across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid environments.
• Domain Expertise (Preferred): Proven track record in the Payments / Payment Acceptance industry, including knowledge of Card Schemes processing.
• Ownership & Delivery: Strong autonomy to drive end-to-end project execution—from planning to implementation—including management of risks, costs, timelines, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to build solid client relationships and align cross-functional expectations.
• Methodology & Problem Solving: Strong analytical capabilities to resolve complex operational issues and negotiate priorities.
• Certifications (A plus): PMP and/or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
• Work Model: On-site presence 4 days a week at the client's office.
