Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven professional to oversee the end-to-end regulatory and operational aspects of Consigned Loans. You will map customer journeys, identify risks, and coordinate between Product, Compliance, and Operations to drive improvements.

The role requires deep product knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate regulatory changes into actionable plans across channels and partners.

Qualificações

• Experience with Consigned Loans and knowledge of main journeys.
• Familiarity with INSS and SIAPE agreements and their operations.
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes and assess impacts on products and customer journeys.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Act as a proactive guardrail for product commercialization, identifying risks, deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities
• Monitor the customer journey and operational performance of Consigned Loan products
• Serve as the focal point between Product and internal and external teams, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and demand tracking
• Investigate incidents and process deviations, focusing on identifying root causes
• Map impacts on customers, channels, and commercialization, structuring action plans for mitigation and permanent resolution
• Identify, map, and structure continuous improvement opportunities
• Monitor end-to-end workflows, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for simplification and greater efficiency
• Support demand prioritization based on customer impact, commercial impact, risk, and implementation effort
• Track the implementation of improvements and assess their effectiveness after delivery
• Develop analyses and diagnoses to support decisions regarding product and customer journey evolution
• Promote integration among Product, Operations, Sales, Technology, and other stakeholders
• Monitor changes to resolutions, regulations, and rules applicable to Consigned Loans
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Sales teams to interpret and implement regulatory changes
• Map regulatory impacts on products, processes, technology, channels, partners, and customers
• Anticipate risks of unavailability, commercial restrictions, or customer impact arising from regulatory changes or agreement-specific rules

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in Consigned Loans, with a strong understanding of the product's main journeys, processes, and characteristics
• Knowledge of INSS and SIAPE agreements and their operational and commercial particularities
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment for Consigned Credit, including resolutions, regulations, and rules applicable to the product and its agreements
• Ability to interpret regulatory changes and assess their potential impacts on products, processes, sales channels, and the customer journey
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Information Technology, or a related field
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and the ability to identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and structure solutions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with different teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Função System (a plus)
• Experience using Jira for demand management and tracking (a plus)
• Knowledge of Databricks (a plus)
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis (a plus)
• Experience using data to identify deviations, investigate root causes, and monitor KPIs (a plus)
• Solid experience with Public-Sector Consigned Loans
• Knowledge of the product's main journeys and modalities, including Available Margin, Refinancing, Portability, Portability with Refinancing, and Post-Portability
• Knowledge of different commercialization channels, especially self-service/digital channels and banking correspondents (Corban)
• Ability to understand and map end-to-end processes and customer journeys
• Experience with structured problem analysis and resolution
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies or practices and root cause analysis
• Critical perspective on impacts to customer experience and the products' ability to be commercialized
