Jobtailor is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to strategically manage direct and indirect materials and services across construction sites in Jaguariúna. You will optimize costs, manage supplier relations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires SAP and Excel expertise, plus a formal degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics. PwD-friendly hiring is noted, with a focus on cost-effective contracting and risk management.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Strategically manage the full supply chain for direct and indirect materials and services.
• Seek the lowest total cost of ownership, business continuity, and optimized contracting models.
• Manage negotiation levers, quality standards, and Alea’s construction specifications.
• Identify and manage business risks.
• Negotiate services to secure the best proposal in accordance with established parameters.
• Negotiate materials to secure the best proposal in accordance with established parameters.
• Source new service and material suppliers while adhering to company policies.
• Adjust purchase orders according to the requesting construction sites’ demand and updated prices.
• Support continuous improvement strategy initiatives.
• Support construction sites in resolving commercial issues with contracted suppliers.

Requirements
