Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to strengthen post-trade operations, surveillance, and data-driven process improvements within the energy market. You will collaborate across teams to enhance systems, ensure compliance, and deliver clear audit-ready documentation.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, Python knowledge, and advanced English skills to interact with multi-disciplinary professionals and coordinate complex operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
• Experience in the energy market, market surveillance, or post-trade operations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of a programming language, preferably Python.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and enhance post-trade processes, including trade registration, validation, confirmation, allocation, and reconciliation.
• Investigate operational discrepancies and coordinate their resolution with participants and internal teams.
• Analyze market surveillance alerts, document evidence, and prepare conclusive reports.
• Monitor trades and trading behavior to identify unusual patterns or signs of abusive practices.
• Support the development of indicators, criteria, and parameters for market monitoring.
• Draft and keep policies, manuals, and operating procedures up to date.
• Map processes, identify risks, and propose improvements to controls and workflows.
• Work with Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to define requirements and enhance systems.
• Participate in testing and user acceptance testing of functionalities related to trading, post-trade operations, and surveillance.
• Support automation, integration, and data analysis initiatives, ensuring process efficiency and traceability.
• Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing documents and evidence when required.
