Jobtailor is seeking a KPI and performance analyst in São Paulo to develop and monitor KPIs, create action plans and problem-resolution strategies, and deliver presentations on results and tools to clients. You will participate in meetings and external client visits, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and overall operational performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with EPS.
• Comfortable presenting results and interacting with clients.
• Experience developing resolution plans and conducting performance analysis.

• Availability for external visits as needed.
