Jobtailor is seeking a motivated student to join the data analytics team in Fortaleza. You will collect and analyze plant data, build dashboards, and automate processes using Python and SQL, while exploring AI tools to accelerate development.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering degree with at least intermediate English, familiar with data manipulation, APIs, and solar energy concepts. This internship focuses on practical learning and hands-on data work in a real energy environment.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of the energy sector.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience using AI tools to support development, programming, and problem-solving (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of Web Scraping is desirable.
• Knowledge of solar/photovoltaic energy is desirable.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is desirable; APIs and data integration are desirable.
• Knowledge of Git/GitLab is desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
• Experience with programming, data analysis, or automation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support the collection, organization, and analysis of data from power plants.
• Support the identification and investigation of data inconsistencies and anomalies.
• Support the development and maintenance of scripts and automations to optimize processes.
• Assist with the creation, maintenance, and improvement of dashboards and reports.
• Perform data queries and manipulation in databases using SQL.
• Integrate and consume data from different sources, including APIs.
• Support the implementation and improvement of data quality and validation tests.
• Document processes, analyses, and solutions developed.
• Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve and automate processes.
