Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager/Senior Nurse Manager to lead and oversee a team of Registered Nurses and care staff across designated wards in Singapore. You will supervise clinical operations, ensure safety, and maintain high standards of resident care.

The role requires SNB registration, nursing qualifications, and 3–5 years in a similar nursing home leadership position, with a focus on quality improvement and staff development.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with current Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
• Locally trained: Degree in Nursing/equivalent and Advanced Diploma in Clinical Nursing.
• Foreign-trained: Degree in Nursing with relevant Board Pass/PRC qualification.
• Nurse Manager: 3 years' experience in a similar role within a medium/large nursing home in Singapore.
• Senior Nurse Manager: 5 years' experience in a similar role within a medium/large nursing home in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Nursing Aides, Healthcare Assistants and other care team members.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee resident care activities across designated wards.
• Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB, HCSA and Enhanced Nursing Home Standards (ENHS).
• Conduct nursing rounds and follow up on clinical, safety and service issues.
• Monitor nursing care quality through audits, quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing and healthcare teams.
• Ensure adequate manpower, appropriate skill mix and effective staff deployment.
• Support staff orientation, competency development, performance appraisal and professional development.
• Participate in nursing committees, training, continuing education and other projects.
• Deputies for the Assistant Head of Nursing when required.
