Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead and oversee clinical nursing services, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care across admissions, transfers and emergencies.

The role focuses on clinical supervision, staff development, care coordination, and continuous quality improvement, with oversight of care plans and policy alignment, reporting to the Nurse Manager or Director as required.

Qualificações

• Licensed nurse with SNB practising licence
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognized by SNB
• Advanced Diploma or relevant clinical specialization is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support the delivery of nursing care, including complex cases, admissions, transfers and discharges
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance through nursing rounds, case reviews and direct resident care
• Review resident care plans and ensure care is aligned with clinical standards and best practices
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
• Engage residents and families in care planning and promote person-centered care
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects and outcome monitoring
• Identify care gaps and support the development and implementation of clinical policies and guidelines
• Mentor and coach nursing staff and support orientation, training and competency development
• Assist with manpower planning, staff deployment and performance management
• Deputies for the Nurse Manager, Nurse Clinician or Director of Nursing when required

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practicing licence

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognized by SNB

• Advanced Diploma or relevant clinical specialization is an advantage

• Experience in clinical supervision, quality improvement and staff development

• Recent professional experience in a relevant clinical setting

• Evidence of continuous professional development
