BLOSSOM SEEDS LIMITED is seeking a qualified Staff Nurse to join a pioneering elder care team.

This role focuses on engaging seniors needing palliative care with a patient-centric, compassionate approach and contributing to a home-based care model in a small, forward-thinking group.

The successful candidate will be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, hold a nursing diploma, and bring at least 3 years of experience, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualificações

Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
Diploma or advanced diploma in nursing.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.
Passion to serve, meticulous and strong interpersonal skills.
Team player with digital literacy.

Responsabilidades

Sensitively engage seniors who need palliative care in a patient-centric and compassionate manner.
Help shape the prototype home-based palliative care model in a small, pioneering team.
Collaborate with care staff to deliver high-quality nursing support.
