A Jobgether SRL está buscando um Senior Nestjs/Nextjs Developer para atuar em um ambiente orientado a IA. O papel envolve evoluir serviços backend com NestJS e interfaces frontend com Next.js, contribuindo para soluções escaláveis em multi-nuvem e multi-tenant.

O candidato ideal possui expertise em TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js e React, além de experiência com PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes e práticas de CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experiência sólida com Node.js, NestJS e TypeScript.
• Desenvolvimento web com Next.js e React.
• Arquiteturas orientadas a eventos, REST APIs e Kafka.
• Experiência com PostgreSQL, modelagem de dados.
• Conhecimento de Docker, Kubernetes e CI/CD.
• Autenticação, autorização e multi-tenancy.
• Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação.
• Experiência em ambientes multi-tenant em nuvem (Azure/AWS/GCP) é diferencial.

Responsabilités

This role offers the opportunity to build and evolve advanced software solutions within an AI-driven platform environment. You will contribute to the development of scalable backend and frontend applications that support multi-cloud, multi-tenant, and event-driven architectures. The position combines full-stack engineering expertise with emerging AI technologies, enabling innovative solutions for modern digital products. You will work closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to design reliable services and improve software delivery practices. The ideal candidate has strong experience with NestJS, Next.js, and TypeScript, along with a passion for AI-powered development and scalable architectures. This is an opportunity to work on challenging technical problems while shaping the future of intelligent software platforms in a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve backend services using NestJS and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript following established design standards.
• Design and improve data models and integrations using PostgreSQL.
• Develop integrations with Artificial Intelligence providers and platform services.
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical reviews, and the evolution of engineering standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD process improvements and operations within Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments.
• Use AI agents and development tools to accelerate software delivery cycles and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to build scalable and innovative solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of platform capabilities, reliability, and developer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript development.
• Experience building modern web applications using Next.js and React.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or similar solutions.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring practices for distributed applications.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions to improve software development workflows.
• Technical English proficiency for documentation reading and collaboration in global environments.
• Experience with large-scale multi-tenant environments, Python/FastAPI, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Helm, ArgoCD, GitOps practices, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Platform Engineering, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Storybook, Design Systems, internationalization, or feature flag platforms will be considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, collaboration, and a continuous learning mindset.
