Jobgether SRL is seeking a mid-to-senior PL/SR Desenvolvimento Fullstack (Java e React) based in Brazil. You will design, build, and evolve robust, scalable solutions across microservices, with emphasis on architecture, testing, and observability.

Remote work is supported, with strong opportunities to impact large-scale digital products. The role combines hands-on development with a focus on Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization to sustain long-term maintainability and performance.

Qualificações

• Experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot in production.
• Strong understanding of microservices and REST API design.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and AWS SQS.
• Experience with API gateways and API management in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on testing with JUnit 5 and contract tests (Pact).
• Observability with Dynatrace or similar.
• Git and clean code/architecture principles.
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban in agile teams.
• Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React/React Native is a plus.
• Knowledge of Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, Axios, and MFE is a plus.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve full stack solutions for high-volume environments.

• Monitor health and improve reliability using Dynatrace and observability practices.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve robust, scalable, and highly available full stack solutions capable of supporting high-volume user environments.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Node.js with NestJS, while contributing to the evolution of microservices architectures and REST APIs.
• Contribute to frontend development and integration initiatives, ensuring consistency between application interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
• Maintain code quality through Clean Code, Clean Architecture, modularization, and effective management of technical debt.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests, including unit tests with JUnit 5 and contract tests using Pact.
• Work with asynchronous communication and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and AWS SQS to support reliable distributed architectures.
• Monitor system health and contribute to observability initiatives using tools such as Dynatrace, identifying issues and supporting continuous improvements in reliability and performance.
• Participate in agile development practices using Scrum or Kanban, collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high‑value solutions.
• Contribute to code versioning and collaborative development practices using Git, while documenting solutions and supporting continuous technical improvement.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience working on technically complex projects and processes, preferably in environments requiring scalability, availability, and strong engineering practices.
• Solid experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate in production environments, combined with experience maintaining legacy Java applications from Java 8 onward.
• Professional experience with Node.js and NestJS, with the ability to contribute effectively to backend development across multiple technologies.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design, including the ability to build and evolve distributed services.
• Practical experience with messaging and asynchronous communication technologies such as RabbitMQ and/or AWS SQS.
• Experience with Axway API Gateway and familiarity with API management in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience creating and maintaining automated tests, particularly unit tests with JUnit 5 and contract tests with Pact.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Dynatrace, together with a strong understanding of application health and operational reliability.
• Strong Git skills and practical knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization principles.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, combined with strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to continuously learn.
• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript is an advantage, as is practical experience developing frontend applications with React and React Native.
• Familiarity with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, Axios, Microfrontend Architecture (MFE), and the development of reusable screens and components is considered a plus.
• Experience with low‑code or no‑code tools is also desirable.
