Qualificações

  • Experiência em planejamento de campanhas e colaboração multifuncional.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsável por iniciativas de marca e campanhas de marketing de ponta a ponta.
  • Colaborar com equipes de negócios para identificar oportunidades e traduzir em estratégias de marketing.
  • Monitorar o desempenho da campanha e as tendências de mercado para otimizar iniciativas.

Team Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Delivery Marketing team.

As a key member of the Marketing team for the new food delivery business, the person will be accountable to build the new brand, supporting the launch of the 99's new venture.This position will be responsible for leading brand initiatives, marketing campaigns and tactical promotions, collaborating directly with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in execution and performance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of brand initiatives and leading end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with business and operations teams to identify opportunities and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Designing and implementing promotions and trade marketing plans
  • Monitoring campaign performance and market trends to continuously optimize initiatives
  • Supporting go-to-market plans for new products and services

Role Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, tech, or services
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong executional skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in campaign planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with promotional campaigns
  • Experience to manage stakeholders accross multifunctions, mainly sales, operations and PR
