Jobtailor is seeking an analytical professional to support the Executive Board with healthcare sector insights. You will analyze performance indicators, validate data, and deliver strategic reports and dashboards under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include creating executive reports, pivot tables, and charts, conducting data surveys, and developing KPI metrics to guide decisions. PwD candidates are welcome and a graduate degree is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or Medicine or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, DataBrix, Advanced PowerPoint, Tableau and Python.
• More than 3 years of experience with data, extraction and modeling, and executive reports development.
• Graduate degree, certifications, or specialized knowledge in the field is desirable.
• Position open to people with disabilities (PwD).

• Analyze and provide the Executive Board with analytical information in the healthcare sector.
• Support the team by conducting data surveys and periodic studies to inform decision-making at Central Nacional Unimed.
• Analyze departmental performance indicators, validate data, and deliver reports within established deadlines.
• Create strategic indicators for operational areas to monitor processes and develop action plans.
• Prepare presentations, reports, pivot tables, formulas, and charts.
• Conduct studies with team members and propose ideas and solutions.
• Generate routine and ad hoc indicators.
• Develop routine management reports and dashboards under guidance and as requested.
• Validate information to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or Medicine, for work in the Strategic Data team.
• Secondary profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, DataBrix, Advanced PowerPoint, Tableau, and Python.
• More than 3 years of experience with data, extraction and modeling, and the development of executive reports.
• Graduate degree, certifications, or specialized knowledge in the field are desirable and considered a plus.
