• Track, analyze, and quantify healthcare costs and performance indicators for accredited providers and in-house resources in tactical and business activities.
• Develop management reports and present the resulting analyses.
• Track, monitor, and update departmental workflows and documentation.
• Collect and analyze large volumes of data.
• Prepare strategic reports for business areas.
• Automate database processing to support decision-making.
• Manage, monitor, and report team productivity indicators.
• Validate and monitor, on a monthly basis, healthcare information under the team’s responsibility.
• Implement and track healthcare performance indicators for the provider network.
• Prepare, analyze, and present impact studies on the health insurer’s healthcare costs.
• Continuously monitor and analyze healthcare cost and claims ratio indicators.
• Prepare impact studies and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Required education: Completed or ongoing higher education in a healthcare-related field (nursing, biomedicine), statistics, or a related area.
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP systems.
• At least 1 year of experience or relevant exposure in the field/industry.
• Postgraduate education, certifications, or specialized knowledge in the field are desirable.
• Knowledge of Python is desirable.
