Jobtailor is seeking a proficient Learning Platform Administrator to ensure top-tier user experience on learning platforms. You will manage catalogs, learning tracks, and content availability rules, while driving LMS/LXP maintenance and evolution.

You will analyze usage, build dashboards, and support decision-making with data-driven insights. This role interfaces with Corporate Learning, vendors, and technology teams and requires second-level support for incidents.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience administering LMS, LXP or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and Power Query.
• Experience with data analysis and preparation of management reports.
• Analytical and organized profile with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively between technical and business areas.

• Monitor market trends and propose new solutions to enhance the learning journey.
