Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro seeks an experienced professional to develop, implement and evolve the employee journey, aligning with the company culture.

You will design onboarding, integration, and leader journeys; map journeys, identify improvements, monitor metrics, and translate data into action. Strong communication, MS Office, and project management experience are required; knowledge of LMS/LXP, Miro, Kahoot welcomed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Experience managing employee journeys, onboarding, integration, or employee experience programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in project management.
• Postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of Instructional Design and LMS/LXP platforms is a plus.
