Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to diagnose training needs from business data and translate insights into effective content. You will craft manuals, e-learning, and modular courses, selecting the right delivery methods for classroom, online, or hybrid formats.

Responsibilities include developing assessments, integrating LMS tools, and collaborating with SMEs to keep materials current.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, HR or related fields.

• Diagnose training needs based on business data and store demands: analyze performance indicators (sales, margin, financial efficiency, services, launches and customer service), consult store leaders and conduct field visits to obtain real insights and translate them into training actions and content.
• Create instructional materials such as manuals, guides, distance-learning content, e-learning and multimedia resources with a focus on microlearning. Build segmented learning paths by audience. Design courses and training modules based on learning objectives.
• Select and apply appropriate teaching methodologies for classroom, online, or hybrid delivery. Incorporate interactive techniques such as discussions, simulations, gamification and case studies.
• Develop assessment instruments to measure learning effectiveness. Measure the impact of training on productivity increase, REC and TO, and adjust content based on analyzed data. Collect participant feedback to improve courses.
• Integrate tools and technology platforms that facilitate learning, such as LMS (Learning Management Systems), AI, video editing and presentation production (Canva).
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, educators and other stakeholders to ensure materials are relevant and up to date. Communicate with L&D teams and management to align training with organizational strategies.
• Manage content in the LMS platform, including creating and maintaining learning paths, modules, learning objects, assessments, managerial reports and content curation. Analyze and administer product training received from vendors, ensuring proper availability on the platform.
• Participate in, support and/or lead special projects in the area, such as Initial Training Program, Train-the-Trainer, Continuous Learning and other programs created according to the needs of internal clients (sales team).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
• Proven experience in Instructional Design (planning, development, implementation and evaluation).
• Experience with Instructional Design methodologies, preferably ADDIE.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms.
• Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva and others.
• Experience producing materials such as presentations, booklets, videos, learning paths and learning games (differential).
• Construction and monitoring of training indicators (KPIs) and reports.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in Instructional Design, utilizing methodologies such as ADDIE to create effective training materials and learning paths. Proficient in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrating technology to enhance learning experiences.
