Jobgether is seeking a Senior Journey Consultant based in Brazil to design, implement, and optimize sophisticated, multichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Real-Time CDP. You will translate business requirements into scalable journey strategies, work with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and own live production journeys.

The role is 100% remote across Latin America, with collaboration across international teams and US clients.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Journey Consultant based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Journey Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sophisticated, multichannel customer experiences. In this hands-on senior role, you will work with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Real-Time CDP to create personalized, data-driven customer journeys at scale. You will translate business requirements into effective journey strategies, defining triggers, decision logic, and orchestration flows. Working closely with architects, data specialists, campaign teams, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure reliable integrations and high-quality delivery. You will also take ownership of production journeys, driving performance improvements and resolving technical challenges. Alongside delivery responsibilities, you will mentor other consultants and contribute to technical standards and knowledge sharing within a distributed, international team.

Accountabilities:

• Design, configure, and implement complex, multistep, multichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Define journey entry conditions, event-driven triggers, decision logic, branching, timing, and exit criteria.

• Translate business requirements into scalable journey designs and actionable implementation plans.

• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure technical alignment and adherence to best practices.

• Configure event-driven journeys and integrate relevant customer data sources.

• Use Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP to leverage customer profiles, audience segments, and real-time event data.

• Work with data engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot data flows and ensure reliable event processing.

• Develop and execute initial test scenarios to validate journey functionality.

• Take ownership of live production journeys, monitoring performance, reliability, and overall execution.

• Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and continuously optimize existing journeys.

• Manage change requests, new triggers, and journey updates in response to evolving business requirements.

• Partner with Quality Engineering teams on testing, regression validation, and successful releases.

• Provide progress updates and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to other Journey Consultants.

• Review journey designs and implementations to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with standards.

• Share best practices, maintain documentation, and support knowledge transfer across teams.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on, production-level experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including event-driven triggers, conditional logic, and multichannel journey orchestration.

• Solid understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP, including customer profiles, audience segmentation, and event data.

• Proven experience designing and implementing customer journeys based on business requirements.

• Ability to troubleshoot integrations, event processing, and data flows within customer engagement platforms.

• Experience managing, monitoring, and optimizing live production customer journeys.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Previous experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to colleagues.

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams.

• Advanced English proficiency is required, as the role involves working directly with US-based clients.

• Availability to work in alignment with US Eastern Time.
