This is a remote position, but we are hiring only in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to advise senior executives at large enterprises on AI-driven digital transformation, from strategy to execution.

The mandatory requirements are a valid US B-1/B-2 visa, ESTA, or US residency, 5+ years of US consulting experience, managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development, experience with digital transformation in large enterprises, availability to travel to the US once per quarter, and an advanced English level.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support the execution of these initiatives end-to-end.
• Bring a strong consulting mindset, helping organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

Must haves

• US consulting experience (5+ years).
• Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Leverage prior experience within large enterprises, ideally having participated in or led digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) - non-negotiable.
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects (hands-on mindset).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• US residency or a valid US B-1/B-2 visa or ESTA and availability to travel once per quarter.
