Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a meticulous Fiscal Documents Clerk to manage the intake and recording of fiscal documents, ensuring the accuracy of merchandise and service invoices, and the CT-e documentation. The role involves validating data and supporting receiving routines to maintain compliant records.

You will collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, monitor tax withholding where applicable, and leverage experience with Protheus to streamline processes.

Qualificações

• Degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in fiscal receiving routines.
• Knowledge of goods and service invoices, CT-e, and other fiscal documents.
• Familiarity with tax withholding is desirable.
• Experience with the Protheus system is a plus.
